Then Chill the balls for about 10 minutes and then add the cookie dough around them. Much easier. A HUGE hit in my house. They took a while, but they were more than worth it. I suggest doubling the recipe though, because I doubled and came out with around 40 cookies (though I admit to many samplings of the dough). I also suggest a little more peanut butter filling, since I had the perfect amount for my cookies after making four of them peanut butter-less for my picky little brother.
