A HUGE hit in my house. They took a while, but they were more than worth it. I suggest doubling the recipe though, because I doubled and came out with around 40 cookies (though I admit to many samplings of the dough). I also suggest a little more peanut butter filling, since I had the perfect amount for my cookies after making four of them peanut butter-less for my picky little brother. It was creamed with the sugars. I did however forget to include the cinnamon in the first step.
